1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using CodingLogs services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Description

CodingLogs provides custom software development, CRM solutions, mobile app development, and related technology services. The specific scope of work for each project will be defined in a separate agreement or statement of work.

3. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise specified in a project agreement:

All intellectual property rights in deliverables transfer to the client upon full payment
CodingLogs retains the right to use generic code, tools, and methodologies
Client materials remain the property of the client

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual project agreements. Generally, we require a deposit before work begins, with remaining payments due according to project milestones.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the course of the business relationship. This includes technical specifications, business strategies, and any other sensitive information.

6. Limitation of Liability

CodingLogs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to this agreement or our services.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
